Q:  What cake flavors are available?
A:  Butter, Chocolate, Chocolate Expresso, Carrot, Lemon, Red Velvet, Cheese Cake, Spice and White. (Will also take a look at your recipe.)

Q:  What flavor frostings are available?
A:  Buttercream, Cream Cheese, Chocolate, Mocha, Rolled Fondant, Ganache.

Q:  What fillings are available?
A:  Chocolate, Cream Cheese, Different flavored Custards, Coconut, Strawberry, Raspberry, Lemon, Pineapple, Coconut & Pecan, Bavarian Cream.

Q:  Do you deliver?
A:  Yes, within reason.

Q:  Do you have pictures of cakes you have done?
A:  Yes, You may also bring in your OWN picture.

Q:  Who does the fresh flowers on the cake?
A: I do most of them, but you may have your florist do them if you'd like. There are several options available.

Q:  How far in advance do I need to pick out and reserve my cake?
A:  As far in advance as possible, but a minimum of two weeks is strongly recommended.

Q:   Are the top ornaments extra?
A:  Yes.

Q:  Is there a delivery charge?
A:  For out of town, after fifteen miles, and if on Sunday, there is a setup fee.

Q:  Do you stay and serve the cake?
A:  No.

Q:  Do you furnish the table or spread for the cake?
A:  No.

Q:  Do you furnish the serving plates for the cake?
A:  No.

Q:  When should I pay for my cake?
A:  We require payment in full at least one week prior to the wedding date.  You may pay in full all at once, or you may make arrangements to make payments if you like.  We do NOT take out of state checks.  We accept money orders, Visa or Master Card.

Q:  Do I need to return the cake supplies you used in making my wedding cake?
A:  Yes, I charge a coverage fee, anywhere from $25.00 to $150.00, depending on the size of the cake. When you return the cake supplies after the wedding, I reimburse you.

Q:  Do you have samples to taste?
A:  Yes, we try to have some of them.
