Congratulations! We know what a special day this is for you. When the Bride and Groom step up to slice the first piece of wedding cake, an excited hush falls across the assembled guests. The cake is the crown jewel of the wedding feast. Next to the bride and groom, it is the centerpiece of the wedding. You may choose from one of our designs or we will be happy to help you design the wedding cake of your dreams. We offer a wide variety of styles and sizes. Almost all details are interchangeable, so the only limitation is your imagination.

Your cake may be a traditional creamy white, adorned with ribbons of pale frosting sugar blossoms, or a chocolate extravaganza boasting a cascade of fresh roses. Decorations can include everything from edible gold to frosted fruits.

Your cake may be any shape you desire: round, square, hexagon, heart-shaped, or a combination of these. Tiers may be separated by columns or stacked directly on top of one another. The cake is no longer limited to white or yellow. Instead, it's common for each tier to be a different flavor. Carrot, hazelnut, mocha and chocolate are a few favorites, but we offer a large variety of choices.

There is also a variety of flavors available for fillings, such as raspberry, strawberry, lemon, bavarian cream, cream cheese,
chocolate truffle, or any flavor custard.

Choose your favorite frosting as well. Chocolate, buttercream, cream cheese, rolled fondant or chocolate ganache are yours for the asking.
